K-DTV is a television network which broadcast GLOW, the Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling. They aired the program in a Saturday morning timeslot as children's programming, despite its somewhat risque nature. They agreed to do the program on the understanding that they would only provide the broadcast and that the financing and venue were both provided by "Bash" Howard. Glen Klitnick oversaw affairs as network executive and the program was sponsored by the furniture store Patio Town. ("Debbie Does Something")

As both the broadcaster and owners of the series, their decision to cancel the program meant that it couldn't be picked up by another network. This forced the group to seek new prospects, performing a live show at the Riviera Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.[1]

While GLOW retained the rights to the use of their wrestling characters in non-television production, their deal with K-DTV was such that the station retained all rights to the use of the characters on television even after the program was canceled.
